Why the VoV Speaker School exists...
I used to be medicated for my stage fright 😩
I used to get so nervous that I was prescribed beta blockers by my doctor; my heart would race, blood pressure would spike, my neck would break out in hives, and I'd feel like puking all over everyone.
This would happen all the time... at work, speaking to my co-workers, speaking on Zoom to my bosses, and even with friends at dinner (it was quickly turning into a social phobia).
Public speaking had me in a strangle hold and I thought, "I will never succeed because this is all I can do... freak out and bail on my dreams."
But then I started to read about manifesting and the power of identifying as the person you want to be right now.
I began applying all my yoga, spirituality, and neuroscience training with my manifesting tools into a daily practice and that's when everything changed 🤯
I began to speak with less fear and started to enjoy communicating again. I became a motivational speaker, author, and Voice Guide!
Imagine being able to speak from your heart and not have the mind hijack your confidence.
