We utilize the body, breath, subconscious, and empowerment strategies in each session to integrate and reclaim the voice so that you speak with more flow, comfort, and less fear.

🎤 👄 Note: if you have a talk coming up and need the hard skills of public speaking too (e.g. mic work, writing your keynote and delivering your talk) let Kim know and you can discuss the option of adding on 2-3 sessions at an additional cost to curate the experience to your needs.

What will you experience over the 8 weeks?

Each week builds upon the last creating a solid feeling of trust and openness so that you speak with flow, control and confidence.

📣 Note: this program works only if you commit to practicing the skills you learn on your own in-between each session and listening to the hypnosis audios at least 4x/week.

The Activations (each coaching session contains a a curated blend of all four activations):

• Activation 1, Your Assignment
  Focus: Reframe your relationship to speaking as a spiritual and purposeful practice. 

• Activation 2, Activate the Dream: Embody the speaker identity through manifesting and neuroscience techniques. 

• Activation 3, Masculine & Feminine Power: Overcome the pull of perfectionism and self-sabotage so you can speak with trust and self-acceptance

• Activation 4, Vocal Channel
  Focus: Open your vocal channel to Source, using your voice as a tool for divine communication. Begin the process of vocal exfoliation to remove emotional blocks.

• Activation 5, Vocal Coding
  Focus: Learn to encode and decode emotions and information in your tone of voice. Understand the impact of tone on your message and begin refining your vocal delivery.
• Activation 6, Vocal Power & Identity
  Focus: Fully step into your vocal power and identity, refining your unique sound and delivery. Integrate all previous learnings to present with authority and authenticity.
• Activation 7, The Power of Pause & Pacing
  Focus: Master the art of pacing and pausing to add depth and emphasis to your speaking. Understand how rhythm affects audience engagement.
• Activation 8, Integration, Reflection & Future Visioning
  Focus: Consolidate everything learned throughout the program. Reflect on your growth, address any remaining challenges, and create a plan for continued practice.
